Natalie A. Napleton

Natalie is a Chicago-based interior designer focused on creating thoughtful, layered spaces that feel true to you.

Before entering the design world, Natalie spent seven years as a marketing manager for a Fortune 500 homebuilder. Ultimately, her longstanding passion for home interiors led her to pursue a new career in design, studying Interior Design at the College of DuPage. She soon went on to join Nate Berkus Associates as a Design Assistant in 2002.

During her time at Nate Berkus Associates, Natalie gained extensive experience working on high-end residential projects ranging from ground-up construction to historic renovations and full-scale installations. Her time there helped shape an approach rooted in thoughtful details, collected interiors, and creating homes that feel deeply personal.

In 2026, Natalie founded NAN Design Studio, serving clients throughout Chicago's western suburbs and beyond.
